This STRONG Mama program includes how to care, nourish & move your body in your pre & postnatal journey, and is meant to offer you professional and tailored coaching for you to feel good weekly with live online coaching sessions, ab rehab and/or functional mama workouts.

Because taking care of yourself, means taking better care of baby, and a happy and healthy mama is a happy and healthy baby.​​​

The Private 1-on-1 Program

​

Choose between, 1, 2, 3, 4 sessions of 30 minutes weekly

(finally something actually realistically doable for mamas!)

​

The program includes one coaching session for your Mama nutrition, lifestyle (and movement guidance if you are on the 1x/week package). The additional sessions become movement focused, or what you may require in the moment as this Mama journey, whether pregnant or in postpartum, is a rollercoaster ride, and I am your Coach and there to support you in all the ways.

COMING IN 2025: The Online Self-Serve Strong Mama Program: for a healthy & happy postpartum journey.

​​Phase 1: 0-6 wks (stages 1-2-3)This is great for the pregnant mama looking to plan and understand how to plan her postpartum journey and be ready to rest & recover optimally after giving birth, including the first 15 days and the Golden Month coaching. You will learn how to best nourish your body for this recovery and for breastfeeding. This program will also teach you how to help reduce the effects of your 3 month hormonal drop. This - STRONG Mama - Phase 1 program is for you as well if you have just given birth within a 5 week period to ensure that you can move forward into

 

Phase 2: 7-18 wks Phase 2 (stages 4-5)

This is for the mama that has done Phase 1 of the PP Journey - STRONG Mama - program or already given birth a couple weeks ago and is ready to understand how to keep moving forward with regaining her strength and vitality in her new mom era. Learning how to move safely and efficiently, nourish your body in this phase of your PP and cope with the different realities beyond the 6 weeks timeline.​STRG MAMA 19-42 wks

 

Phase 3: 19+ weeks (stages 6-7-8)

This is for the Mama that has completed Phases 1 & 2 of the PP Journey - STRONG Mama - program or the Mama that has given birth a few months ago and is ready to learn how to get back to moving safely and efficiently. With goals of moving functionally as a mama, nourish your body optimally, and adapting to the many changes of baby growing up, and your reality evolving.
