It all starts before giving birth, because once your little one is here, it's about using the tools and putting everything you know to good use. The 4th trimester period should be about being present in the moment, rest & recovery, and bonding with your newborn angel and your family. It is not a time to try and figure all of this out on your own.

That's why I created this special and unique class! To give you all the insights from a Mama to another one, but also, from a pre & postnatal expert that has gathered all the knowledge, experience and expertise to share with you.

This class will address my three major pillars for a happy and healthy postpartum journey: new mama lifestyle/ mindset, nutrition & recovery (movement).
I cover how to best prepare the 0-6 weeks period.

things ahead and help your village best support you, ​
to reduce the stress and increase the rest.
